…or, since they use British spellings, “ageing.”

The September issue of Nature Reviews Molecular and Cell Biology contains a “Focus on Ageing,” with several long reviews devoted to endocrine regulation, the role of nuclear architecture, stem cells, cellular senescence, and the relationship between autophagy and apoptosis. There are also two “perspectives” (I’m not totally sure how these are different from reviews; they are touted as being more opinion-oriented), one on cancer vs aging and the other on hydrogen peroxide as signaling molecule and mediator of aging. The table of contents is here.

I missed this while I was traveling last month, hence the late posting. I just took it to lunch, and it’s great reading, so I wanted to let everyone know.
